感谢您对TI产品的关注！Exposed Thermal pad电气特性是接GND，强化焊接机械强度， 散热，这三点作用。芯片datasheet的后面有PCB焊盘的开口尺寸以及钢网的开口尺寸，请以此为基准设计。TI官方没有焊锡面积建议。芯片焊接请以IPC-A-610为基准，请自行查询IPC-A-610中的要求。
