设计中1.8V输入，输出1.2V，但是实际测得电压输出1.0V左右，电阻焊接正确，FB管脚电压0.67V，改变FB分压电阻后FB电压改变，输出异常，PG管脚电压为0V，输入1.8V稳定正常，请问会有什么原因造成此情况
