请教个问题，TPS562200，按照datasheet上的推荐的电路图连接，目前测试时，空载都正常；带上负载后，5V输入正常，8V输入时，纹波大，DCDC开关频率变得不稳定，芯片发烫，12V输入时芯片直接烧掉，负载不超过500mA，不知道是什么问题。
