我遵照figure 1 电路，做好板子发现：在电池低于我的负载所需电压时，断开负载，充电，发现sta灯一直在闪，说明检测电池有问题，但当我把电池拆下再接上或者接上负载，灯就不闪了，就正常了。该现象怎么理解？？
