对混合层电容器（型号HLC-1550） 充电，有没有合适IC推荐，满电电压3.67~3.9V可调，充电电流50mA，终止电流5mA。
我看BQ24640是针对超级电容的，但是5mA的终止电流不能达到吧？有没有更合适的方案推荐呢？

非常小容量的电池或超级电容， 都没有针对的充电器芯片，建议楼主考虑具有限流（钳制）功能简单电路来实现充电。谢谢！
