目前遇到一个问题关于LM3431上電时，当打开电源时LM3431输出电压会进入停机但是如果增加DLY的电容值从一个0.1uF增至1uF的，就不会有这个问题，开机上电就正常，请问为何DLY电容从0.1uF的改成1uF的就可以正常工作，这关联到什么机制吗？谢谢
