BQ76940电路可正常工作，做短路测试后，芯片好像是死机状态，REGOUT电压为0。
按BOOT键也无法重新启动，去除所有电连接后，重新上电才能正常使用。
这种故障原因是什么，需要如何避免该问题？
一般是high dv/dt 导致的芯片的供电不稳导致的，
可以尝试增加REGSRC上的电容。
可以将原理图和测试波形发来看一下。
