有2个锂电池串联的，电源适配器输入是12V3A的，想做个充电管理电路，

不接适配器时，由电池给系统电路板供电(系统电路板工作电流大于2A)，

接适配器时，切换到适配器供电，同时适配器可以给电池充电。目前充电芯片可选很多，但电源自动切换觉得有点迷惑，请问这个电路该怎么设计？谢谢
