现在要用TI的同步BUCK控制器LM2727,因为严重缺乏实践经验，不知道怎么测量。只知道一般在开始实验前，先看看控制部分有没有输出。而要想测LM2727这个控制器的输出，是不是只要给芯片一个供电电源，再连接一个确定频率的电阻，就可以看控制器有没有输出，输出频率是多少了？求指导！
亲，需要将IC及外围焊到PCB，电路必须完整，电源可以不焊来调试电源。
