LM3409MY输出电流没法控制请教一下是怎么回事呢？

用的元器件都是按照软件上给的器件，电路图检查了很多次也是那个样子，没有错误，但是一上电之后电流就直线上升，达到4A多了，mos管都冒烟了，设计的时候要求电流时0.7A的，但是不知道为什么电流不受控制。我按照数据手册上的数据计算方法在计算了一次也没有错误。请问大侠们问题出在哪里呢？
