LP2985 相噪恶化

我们使用LP2985的过程中遇上问题，具体表现为，在做晶振低温相噪测试时发现相噪在1KHZ恶化了5dB,在排查过程中我们更换了2985后，产品恢复正常。再将原2985重新换到晶振上，失效现象却不能复现。目前已经排除了焊接的问题。想咨询一下这是什么原因，谢谢。
