按照datasheet设计的原理图，带3A负载启动不了，启动后可以带3A负载。
亲；用3A电阻负载测试，不要用电流负载。
首先，输入输出规格跟datasheet一致吗？如果不一致的话用参考电路肯定是有问题的
另外，带载无法起机一般是因为启动的冲击电流比较大，楼主可以关注一下环路参数以及电感规格
