LM317用作电流源时，在VOUT和ADJ之间接500欧电阻以产生2.5ma电流，是否可以稳定工作？我看datasheet中minimum current to maintain regulation里典型值是3.5ma是不是意味着 LM317作恒流源使用时，可以产生的最小电流是3.5ma？
3.5mA是一个typical值，实际最小值还要看芯片在板子上的工作状态。可能每批次每片都会不一样。
那如何判断该317芯片在特定板子上是否可以提供2.5ma横流呢？

只能看产生的电流是否稳定，因为这个电流限制是基于系统稳定性考虑而得出的。
