BQ24640超级电容充电电路的输出电压仅为0.5v，输出电流仅为0.0121mA，其他引脚电压正常

想用BQ24640作超级电容充电电路，设计输出电压8.1V,输出电流 10A，给3节额定电压为2.7V 3000F的超级电容充电。但按照芯片评估模块EVM板原理图连接飞线板后，发现输出电压为0.5v，输出电流仅为0.0121mA。

其他引脚电压值如下：

VREF=3.3V

VREGN=6V

VISET=0.6V

VFB=0.63V

VPH=0.63V

示波器显示的输出电压和PH电压如下：
