我用EV2300与BQ27541通讯时，无法通讯，是否与上拉电阻有关？我设计的PCB板上没有接上拉电阻。

EV2300内部的scl sda也是没有上拉电阻的，
可以将EV2300拆开，直接在SCL SDA线上增加两个10K的上拉到VCC 3.3V的电阻即可
