通过TPS659113的GPIO3引脚输出PWM波形；
对寄存器配置 addr value
0x42 0x10
0x63 0x2e
0x6e 0x00
0x6f 0x80
在配置完寄存器后，gpio3引脚没有pwm的输入；

寄存器设置错误：
应当设置 0x63 为 0x4e
这样就可以在GPIO3 输出 500Hz的 PWM波了
