1.使用环境公交车液晶屏供电，输入电压MAX 28V，输出电压13.5V，电流MAX 5A,正常3A。

2.电源芯片封装最好是SOP，或则SSOP，方便手工焊接。

3.设备环境温度会有60C，电源散热只能靠PCB散热（散热条件不是很好）。

4.求推荐出货量大，电路设计简单的IC
