PWM波形由DSP提供
光耦输出波形正常, ucc27211连接至buck电路就出现短路, 并且27211发热严重, 无法正常使用
请各位帮助看看, 感谢.
可能是上下管直通，测试的时候输入端的DC Source使用限流，并直接观察上下管的驱动波形
黄色为上管, 蓝色为下管, 电源输入端没有接通电源.
测试时候发现27211的12v供电电流到达200+ma, 且发热严重 ,直接测量mos管的波形, 上管没到达饱和电压
芯片有没有问题？申请点样片再测试看
另外，半桥或者同步的驱动需要接通主电路，测试上下管的时候注意使用隔离探头，不然会短路
