请问lm5116到底怎么用啊，求帮助

本来想设计一款输出最小12伏，最大36伏，输出5伏的降压转换器最大输出电流3安培，于是用了lm5116，webench推荐设计如下

下图是我自己的电路，接线除了使能端都一样，使能端串一个一兆欧的电阻接到电源，时间仓促临时用图表示一下

测试时，就是电路输出只有3伏左右，还不稳，调整滑变电压也不变请问应该是哪有问题，还有补偿电路的值到底怎么取，数据手册也没有明确的计算公式
