我电源转化12转5V再转3.3V，12转5V使用TPS5430,5V转3.3V使用ASM1117芯片，当我不接1117时，通过5430转换5V是正常的，但是我焊上1117时，5430输出就不是5V了，会变成3.8V，请问这是为什么？？
