当电流取样输入信号>【(补偿管脚的电压-1.4）/3】，此时同过流情况。但此时却没有出现过流，这样会不会影响电源的正常工作？

只要芯片状态正常就不会有太大问题。
过流保护，一是内部有传播延迟，输出并不会立即关闭。二是不排除测量等有时会也有误差。
