输出电压不稳，求助大神支招

 此电路按照TI lm5118设计的，实际我们需要5v-50V输入12V输出1A就可以。现在出现不带负载时5V-15V之间变化中间有几段输出电压降低。带20Ω时在5V输入输出11.2V，输入上升输出立刻降到6.5V，随着输入电压上升输出电压也上升，当输入电压超过16V以上输出电压到11.9几V输出正常。
