EV2400在win8系统中使用没有问题，win11系统中可以正常检测到硬件连接，但是bq studio无法通信，并且更新0.32固件提示未检测到EV2400，在win8系统中使用正常。
测试软件版本：1.3.127、1.3.86、1.3.101均无法在win11系统上运行。
测试硬件版本：0.32。通过win8系统进行了固件升级。
没有没技术人员可以解决此类问题？
