Battery Management Studio中在manual control panel中输入Enter Cmd：0x2c；Read Addr 0x55；Length 2；发送后，Transaction log中Name：none；Cmd：0x2c；Result：err；Read Addr：err；请问这是为什么，发送自定义指令的流程和内容应该怎么写，说明书里没有说明这部分，谢谢！
