工程师: 

          你好，本人想通过锂电池3.6~4.2v输出4.2至4.5v电压控制GPRS工作，要求输出峰值电流2A；有二个问题不是太理解：

        1、这个芯片可以实现我这个功能吗？

        2、如果输入电压大于4.2v，输出电压还是保持4.2v还是随着输入电压的升高而升高呢？
