I am currently using BQ25756 and have the following questions need to be clarified:
1: What are the necessary conditions for BQ25756 to work?
2: Is it necessary to connect a load battery? Otherwise, the IC will not work.
3: Can BQ25756 function fully in pure hardware mode without any software programming ? That is to say, without writing to any registers of BQ25756 via I2C?
4: Can certain functions of BQ25756 be tested without connecting a battery? For example, adjusting the battery charging voltage through FB pin's resistive voltage divider.
5: How to intuitively determine whether BQ25756 is working? Is measuring whether REGN has an output (around 5V) a feasible method?
