我在使用TPS63020芯片做设计，我设计的是输入范围在3V到5.3V输入，输出5.5V，在实际使用中有两个问题：1、实际输入电压不能高于4.7v，高于4.7V，芯片会自动断电，没有输出；2、在4.7V以下的输入，芯片刚开始可以正常稳压，但是过了1s-2s的时间，输出电压发生波动。

哪位大侠帮我指点指点？
