Vin DC 13.5V 負載接LED 不會損壞TPS54620，電路一切工作正常。 當不接LED（負責）后，只要一上電，IC TPS54620 直接燒掉了。請問是什么原因，需要加什么電路可以保護呢。附件上原理圖。
楼主，你的这个应用是想通过外加一个PWM信号注入到VFB，调节输出电压是吧，在LED不接的时候，你PWM的信号还有么？你说的TPS54620直接烧掉，有没有测一下各个PIN脚对地的阻抗是怎样的？
