ucc3895移相全桥芯片如何才能使频率调到40KHZ对应输出20KHZ，用以驱动IGBT模块。 第一次用这个芯片，UCC3895，通过RC调整好像调节不到40KHZ，是不是要在外面单独做个电路，产生40KHZ的方波，加到SYCN脚。
我想单机应该是可以调到的，但是电容精度一般不高，所以在量产时很难保证
用外部高精度信号源更好
