在做过欠压保护电路时候选择了LM358,现在出现了一点不理想的地方,比如过压点设置到15伏,电压高过15伏就动作,但是电压下降到15伏也动作,在这个保护点会出现振荡,低压欠压点也会出现这个问题，请帮忙分析下怎么解决这个实际的问题.
