Above issue is an urgent case. We got feedback from Shanghai GM that some PCBAs can't light up, more than 50pcs.
See attached video, we did a experiment that the oscilloscope shows the IC is working but it didn't drive the PCBA's LED lighting up.
Here is a doubt from the customer that if this IC part is with some reliability issue. Per our experiment, one among 500 times of experiments appears this phenomenon.
please share some evidence to prove that the IC is capable of good reliability if you have.
