你好，感谢回答。我的测试方法是：在IN+引脚串联一个电容，在电容和地之间加上电压，测量电容的充电速度，然后推算内部下拉电阻。测试多次都为470kΩ左右。
这个我们询问了这个芯片的设计工程师，里面的pull down电阻的阻值230ohm是正确的。
请以datasheet内部框图为准。
另外，以前其他客户也问过类似问题，pull-down 230kohm +/-20% for internal pull-down resistor
