Hi, Can this circuit pass ISO 16750-2 Test Pulse 5a

LM747x1-Q1 and LM74502-1 can pass ISO 7637-2 Pulse 2 to 4 tests.
LM74701-Q1 , LM74721-Q1 are capable of input TVS less operation for ISO 7637-2 Pulse 1 but these are not capable of supporting 200V unsuppressed load dump.
LM74502-Q1 is capable of supporting 200V unsuppressed load dump but not capable of TVS less operation for ISO 7637-2 Pulse 1.
Many automotive applications are designed to comply with unsuppressed load dump transients specified by ISO16750-2 Pulse 5A.
LM74502, LM74502H can be configured as input surge stopper to provide overvoltage along with input reverse supply protection and protect the downstream loads in case of unsuppressed load dump event.
What I want to know is whether this circuit can meet ISO 16750-2 Test Pulse 5a .
If this test is carried out according to the parameters in the circuit design, will it damage the chip LM74502-Q1 ?
Yes, LM74502 has been tested for pulse 5A. Sharing the result from datasheet.
