COMP是环路补偿PIN脚，内部是连接的反馈环路中运放的输出。
在规格书中有IC的功能框图
详细请参考datasheet
COMP接电容和电阻，形成一个零点，来补偿负载和输出电容形成的极点
环路补偿脚。对于初次接触电源的，使用TI的webench仿真更合适。
