伙伴们，请教下，MC33063A做12V升15V升压电路，LOAD=50mA，1脚开关波形有点奇怪，满载效率只有70%左右，可能是哪里原因呢？Cin=Cout=100uF ,Ct=100pf（需要低频运行），8脚驱动电阻100R。

可以适当增加Ct的值来平衡开关频率，
减小驱动电阻，以提高开关速度，减少开关损耗。
总之就是调整一下各参数，优化系统性能。
