TPS562200调试过程中的问题

1、VSYS接DC8V电源时，芯片发烫，经测量有3.27V电压输出，烧坏后经测量VIN脚与GND短路，焊下烧坏芯片，测量无短路。

2、VSYS接DC12V电源时，上电直接烧坏，多数是VIN脚与GND脚短路，还有SW脚与GND短路的情况。

3、断开负载，上电DC8V和DC12V均能正常工作，电压输出3.25V

4、负载不超过500mA。
