本人用bqstudio下载bq34z100_G1_v0_16_build_17.srec至BQ34Z100－G1中，点击program后等待了数十秒，之后就回到了register页面，无法和芯片通讯了(NACK)。重新program，立刻回到register页面，无法通讯（NACK）。请问各位有什么可能的原因以及对应的解决方案，谢谢！
这个文件是官网下载的么？
在program 有个 EXCUTE ， 点击一下尝试能够恢复，
我也遇到了同样的问题，这个解决了吗？都弄了两片芯片了，会不会是烧进去后导致内部IIC程序出错了啊？
根本就通信不了了，点这个EXCUTE也没用啊。。。
是在官网下载的，点击execute FW后依旧是failed to execute Firmware - No acknowledge from device
无法通信
之前这个芯片在bq34z100_R0_V0_06_BLD_0006.senc的固件中是正常的
