请教：下面这个电路，Vin小于26V，输出正常，当VIN超过28V后，Vout=1.3V；正常输出应该是4.2V左右。

不好意思，是我把Rt焊到了pin8和pin9之间了，焊接正确了就好了，不过求解释。
亲；这就两个不同功能管脚。。。
