我的半桥驱动电路如下，采用耐压25V1uF的自举电容，自举二极管为1A，开关速度20ms，但高侧驱动波形出现如下情况，即存在周期性的尖峰，减缓开关速度则出现更多尖峰这是否说明自举电容容量不够，还是说需要串联限流电阻另外我的UCC21520在INA、INB全为低电平时高侧MOS打开，低侧MOS则是闭合，请问这是否正常
