很抱歉这么晚才回复。 您的计算遵循数据表中的功率损耗计算、没有问题。 除了 Tj 计算之外、Rth 值应使用有效热阻值(取决于 PCB 布局设计)。对于34℃、该值为 Rts/W 该计算是一个简化的过程、但可用于估算 IC 的功率损耗。 webench 工具也是如此。 尽管它们在这里并不匹配很好、但 Tj_rise 肯定不是高电平(30℃)、并且这里不需要散热器。
