・设计式样：
入力电压为60Vdc,出力电压设计值为14.3Vdc
・遇到的问题：
无负荷启动没有问题，微小负荷(0.2A负荷电流、设计额定电流25A）接续后，14.3Vtyp的出力电压出现急上升的情况(CH3为出力电压波形，出力过电压保护值16V)。
如果可以的话，出力电压Vout急上升的推测原因可以告诉我么？
