BQ34Z100用Battery Management Studio软件生成.srec文件时提示ROM Command results returned invalid checksum

点击create image file后就提示ROM Command results returned invalid checksum

最后也能生成*.srec文件，但是用这个文件烧录到新的BQ34Z100中后就导致新的芯片不能通信，开封和用HDQ通信都不行，我觉得应该就是生成.srec文件是出现的这个提示导致的。

请问有谁遇到过这种情况啊。
