本人想做一款小体积高效率的250W左右电源方案，采用GaN管子，想把频率做高，请问有什么好的IC方案推荐，谢谢！
亲；GaN和标准MOSFET用IC一样。根据数据表；将栅电压控制在安全范围即可。

首先谢谢你们的回复，问题1，低压栅5V不知道上面所说怎么处理控制？2 , LMG5200以及LM5113都是低压，本人想做一款加PFC的100-265V输入电压，不知道我是否没理解正确？ 请问还有什么别的推荐？？谢谢！
