请教专家：BQ40Z50遇到Autoship方式进入Shutdown后，连通BQStudio能看到有SDM标志位，充电无法激活，充电能观察到pack引脚电压高于Bat引脚，但就是SDM不能自动清除，CHG\DSG\PRE都不能开通，有什么解决办法吗？
