目前使用的BQ76952芯片,在充电器反接过后,发现芯片的电压被拉低,导致PMOS使能管脚电平被拉低2V左右,此时PMOS处于开关的临界区域。
经过排查:发现芯片的PACK和LD管脚存在漏电。后续增加了二极管后不漏电流,但是会导致短路保护锁定状态时mos管损坏。
那么这个BQ76952充电器反接,硬件电路应该怎么处理
