我使用的是TPS54290，输入12V想得到3.3V和1.2V，原理图我是按数据手册上的电路画的，但是焊好电路测试，两个电压输出3.3V的输出 3.0V-3.8之间跳动，输出1.2的在1.4-2.0之间跳动，还经常烧坏芯片，这是我画的电路图，帮忙看看这是什么问题，谢谢！
