我用的是EV2300的盒子，电脑上下载的是BQ26220的软件，电池上面的用的IC是BQ26220的，但是就是一直提示没有联上电池的硬 件部分的，不知是不是我用错了。现在很急的。那个能帮我一下的，先谢谢了。
检查电脑是否安装EV2300驱动。
