我们设计了一个12V的输出电压，已经测量了EN是42V，确认已经使能，但是测量的结果只有3.3V，并且VCC也是3.3V，我看手册写的VCC应该是5V，并且SS也测不到电压，用示波器观察不到波形，这是怎么回事呢？
