We have designed an auxiliary power supply using the UCC28911. Currently, the problem we are facing is that the chip does not start up. That is, the DRAIN pin has a DC voltage. The schematic diagram is as follows. I have tried adjusting the parameters of various components, but none of them have been effective. Please help me analyze this.
