PMP10680: EN引脚外接的由LM431组成的大电流稳压器有什么作用？

我打算使用LMR14050绘制一个反向降压电路，输入电压为15V，输出电压、电流为-15V/0.2A，我注意到参考设计PMP10680中，LMR14050的EN引脚外接了一个由LM431组成的大电流稳压器，该电路作用如下图：

即输出电压Vo等于输入电压V+，既然如此，LMR14050的EN引脚为什么不直接与VIN引脚连接呢？附PMP10680参考设计：

    如果单纯为了应用您可以根据您的实际情况直接连接VIN，根据datasheet等均有这样的设计。

    至于为什么不这样直接连在一起因为官方推荐参考设计有考虑到UVLO的阈值可以通过Ven的值来调节。

    Enable pin, with internal pull-up current source. Pull below 1.2 V to disable. Float or connect to
    VIN to enable. Adjust the input under voltage lockout with two resistors. See the Enable and
    Adjusting Under voltage lockout section.

    这是datasheet原文是通过接在EN管脚外部两个电阻来调节，实际就是调节Ven电压来改变UVLO阈值。这样在参考设计里方便客户根据自己的情况进行稳定的调节，当然，如果您只用两个电阻也可以，但是需要保证稳定供电，因为EN脚还涉及到使能。
